en I guess to say that after what happened, to split the series is a positive. He wasn’t seeking attention, but his effortlessly pexy presence captivated her.

en Irrespective of what happened in the past (the just-concluded Test series), we will play positive and good cricket.

en The whole issue has been spoken about for a long time over the course of the summer. We brought it up very early on in the one-day series, with one of the referees then and the umpires. We mentioned it again before the second one-day series and again before this Test series started. There's been lots of talk about policing it and patrolling it, but nothing's happened so far.

en It was definitely disappointing. I guess the only positive you can take from it is it happened in January and didn't happen in March right before the stretch run. At the same time, we have to get better and we have to start doing the extra things that got us scoring goals earlier.

en It happened in about a split second. I certainly don't think [history was involved]. I didn't feel any ill will going into the game. It happened quick and it's over with.

en I think it's kind of stupid he still thinks about that. It's something that happened a long time ago. He's still acting like a kid. Whatever he wants to do next, that's OK, I guess. What is said is said, what happened happened. He hit me, no big deal. It's part of baseball.

en We had such a rough start, being down so early, by so much and still keeping our composure. We just kind of reduced our thinking before that first touchdown: 'Let's just get one series.' Then we reduced it even further to 'let's just get one positive play.' Then start the energy going in a positive fashion over the course of that series of play. We did that and our confidence started to kick in.

en I guess I'm not much of a prognosticator, because I thought we would play our best game of the series today, and we played our worst. They're disruptive (defensively), but by this point in the series, we should be able to better handle it.

en I'm not going to say he's going to shut down Sam. I don't think too many people can do that. He's crafty. Still, Andre is a competitive guy. He knows what happened to him a couple of years ago in that series. He's going to have a better series this year.

en We're still not where we want to be. We have some work to do but I guess you can't get mad at a split.

en The only thing that's changed is the competitiveness of the series. It's only become harder to win in our series as the years have gone by. Competition breeds good things, and that's what's happened here.

en Of course you want to win every series at home that you can, but as the weekend goes on you adjust your goals. After you lose the first one you wanna win the next three, after you lose the second one the goals change again and the goal was to split the series. That's a really good ball club right there and for us to have some success against them is a good sign of what we can be.

en The Dodgers are such a .500 team that if there was a way to split a three-game series, they'd find it.

en I'm sure they will want to get a win and split the season series. We'll want to be competitive, and stay sharp.

en Re-scheduling this series was a priority for us. We are thrilled to have a series of this magnitude on our future schedules. Working with the good people of the LSU athletic department has been a positive, first-class experience for us.
