en No question, I think it's a lot easier when there's no expectations. We know what that feels like to have that pressure on you and we came out and said, 'Hey, it's us against everybody.' Nobody expects us to win, nobody is picking us to win, and that's fine. As long as we believe it and the coaches give us a great game plan, we'll execute it and come out on top.

en We have to get some pressure on Jake, and we've got our work cut out for us in trying to keep a handle of (Pro Bowl receiver) Steve Smith. It's a big job, but if we execute the game plan our coaches drew up for us, we should be OK.

en There's been a lot of pressure on Danny to be successful immediately and I think that's been unfair to him. It's created pressure and I think unrealistic expectations that he feels he's failed to live up to. I think if everyone just leaves him alone, I think he'll be fine.

en That's fine. It's easy for us. We watch the same film and maybe the (last) game to see what we did right and wrong. The scouting report is the same. So it's easier on the coaches and easier on us.

en We have to continue to execute offensively, to do whatever it takes to keep the ball. We plan to take what they give us, whether its on the ground or in the air. That's a great philosophy, but you still have to go out and execute.

en When you give a team like that comfort shots, they're going to wear you. I think we just didn't execute well enough the game plan. It's not just coach. It falls on the players for not going out there and execute.

en You give a lot of credit to our coaches because they had a great game plan. We just wanted to put it down their throats, and that's what we did.

en That's a great question, ... It's going to be a
long day at the hotel on Saturday. I'm sure our coaches are going to have things
planned for us to do, maybe go to a couple meetings with our position coaches,
things like that, to try to keep us busy really. Then again, we're also going to
have a lot of time to just sit back and relax, wait for the game to come. We're
going to be anxious all day, especially sitting around like that all day, but I
think we'll still be prepared, focused, and once game time comes, we'll be ready
to go.

en It's the result of me surrounding myself with good people. All I did was give the boys a plan and they executed it. I have two teams to worry about, my players and my front office. I work hard to lead both of them and it looks like it's contagious. Everything is easier when you have great ownership and it feels like the whole city is standing behind you.

en We didn't execute our game plan today. Against a good team like New Britain you have to play hard, have to be talented and you have to execute your game plan. We did two of the three.

en They all felt that they've been well prepared, well organized and that the game plan was appropriate and that they needed to check in mentally and emotionally to go and execute. I'm not sure where that leaves you at the end of the day as a coach. You're still sort of picking straws.

en Coaches always want you to think deep. They expect you to never give up. They have all those expectations for us, but on the attack we also just felt that [we needed to] shove it down their throats. Just keep going and don't even let them have a breather, because they were starting to come out and pressure us, but instead of letting that affect how we play, just pressure them back and put it in the back of the net.

en I think he feels a great deal of pressure. He's a human highlight film, but he's a young player who is learning how to be good. This tournament could be an opportunity for him to break out a little bit. He kind of got worn down by the pressure of expectations. en Those are high expectations. But I think he expects to be a very good player for a long, long time. He's very talented. There are things he can do. He works hard. He has a great attitude. We expect big things from him.
