If we win out, we're going to be fine, no matter what our seed is. Right now, we want to be happy about the strides we're making, but we haven't arrived by any means. We still have a long way to go to get back to having that confidence as a team of knowing whoever we play, we can beat.

We're coming in with no pressure. We're not supposed to win. We're not the favored team by any means, but I don't think we look at our seed at all. We don't look at it as 'We're not as good as them because of our seed.' In the end, we all play the same game, so it's a matter of who's playing better on that day.

Pakistan is not an easy team to beat. We have had to play well to beat them in the series. I am happy with the strides we are taking as a team. As captain, it has been heartening to see that the boys are responding well to some of the challenges being thrown at them.

We can beat anybody. It's just a matter of how we're going to play that night. We've got to come in with the confidence we can beat this team. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. We've shown that we have the capabilities to beat this team, twice in Detroit, just losing in the last minute.

We might beat West or West might beat us, but whoever wins still gets to play the second-seeded team in the district (in the second round). (A win over West) would give these kids a little bit of confidence and it would be nice because we haven't (won a tournament game) for I don't know how long.

The fact that we're playing at home doesn't really give us that much confidence because they went on the road twice and beat two great teams. They're a six seed, but they're not playing like a six seed. They beat a three and a one seed, so they're playing like a great team.

It may be unfair that he needs to be a leader by example as a sophomore, but that's where we are. But he's making strides. He's not a finished product by any means, but he's making good strides.

It feels good. It means a lot, especially on the road. For one thing, this means we can beat every team in the conference. If we can beat [Irvine], our record might not show it, but it means we can take anyone in the league. It's great for our confidence.

I was really happy with the way we battled back. We had a great crowd and it was just a nice atmosphere for Senior Night, our last home game. I still think we're making strides, but Larkin's a good team.

They beat us every way you can beat a team. I don't know if that was because of the back to back, but we haven't had a game like this in a long time.

If we go in as the No. 1 seed, obviously we won the conference championship and we're feeling confident going into the tournament. Even if we go in as the No. 2 seed, we're fine with that. We're comfortable with that spot. One seed or two seed doesn't make a difference to us. We just need to go out and play our game.

That's what they do. They like to air it out, which is fine with us. Usually when a team throws a lot, that means they're trying to play catch-up. I've just got to beat whoever's in front of me and let everything else take care of itself.

It just a matter of making sure that his arm is OK. If he plays four or five days, having no pain, can play back to back and making the throws hard, we will move him to New Orleans, so long as the weather is warm enough.

We know we haven't put ourselves in the best position for a high seed. Every opportunity you get in the NCAA Tournament you're happy to get. ... Any team can win. To have the opportunity to take out a No. 1 seed is better for us.

It means a lot. Finally I can say that I'm able to play and beat anyone, and it just gives me so much confidence. I had so many matches like this where I was really close to beating the top players and finally I did it today. I'm just really extremely happy about that.
