It's been obvious from the day he interviewed that he was a good fit. We work well together. He has a great feel for what the Richardson family wants as owners, how they want the organization to function, all the things that are important to them. And he's got a great rapport with the players.

That would be great. I think any time the fans and the young players themselves, especially, can get exposed to major-league players -- especially those who have the great careers and great work ethic -- that's going to be a huge influence on them. I would think that would be great exposure for everybody involved.
