en It's important to acknowledge progress toward your goals. For example, tell yourself that if you go to the gym 12 times in the next three weeks you'll treat yourself to a massage. Just make sure the reward is something like a massage and not a milkshake.

en I don't care who he is as long as he is a nice person. A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. He must be genuine and honest and have nice eyes and a smile.

en It's nice to have (a home win streak). It's always nice to know you're taking care of your own backyard.
