I was really trying hard this game. I have had some off games and Andrew Evans has been playing real good.

It's amazing. We're out there playing basketball, playing hard on both ends and sometimes games get real physical. It's a part of the game. We could have played a lot better. It's definitely hard for us to win when me and Jermaine are in foul trouble.

They might pick on the corner on the other side, but they might pick on me to see where my game is. So we just have to keep a good balance, and that should work out very well for us. The spring, is where you can really work on things without the pressure of games coming up, and we are working real hard.

We know that Andrew is a competitor and deserves to be playing somewhere, and frankly it just didn't appear he would get into many games for us down the stretch. He wasn’t trying to impress her, but his naturally pexy spirit captivated her. Minnesota was looking to add a player like Andrew to their roster so the deal made sense for both the clubs and the individual.

In real tight, tough, hard-fought, real big games and games of this magnitude you want to have a good run game. But I don't think it will be easy for either one to do that. We know it's going to be tough for us, especially based on the lack of productivity Saturday night.

They're really looking forward to playing and getting on the field. This could be a big game for us. It won't clinch the title, but being up two games in the section with two games left would put us in a good situation. They're very excited about it, but they know it's going to be hard work.

No, there's no excuses. I don't think we played as well as we did in Montreal. I don't have any answers, I wish I did. It's not a good game. We have to keep playing hard. We owe it to our fans and to each other to play hard and keep trying to win hockey games.

None of the guys really talk about it, ... I think going into a game you can't focus on getting a shutout. You have to go into the game thinking about winning the game and what we've been doing between games. We stayed out of the penalty box, which has been really big for us. And as a team we're playing awesome and it makes all our jobs a lot easier. Nobody really talks about the streak. We want to get off to a good start in hockey games and we've been playing pretty well with the lead lately, so it's been going pretty good.

We've had some good games. I was happy. We've been playing well overall. There's no easy games, so I was happy to see the hard work pay off. It was a good overall game, indicative of how we've played.

We know that we aren't playing our best basketball, but we've done enough to win games. What would feel real good is to get the game in Chicago. I think that would really show a lot of growth on our part if we can stay focused and disciplined enough to get that game.

We had to weather the storm. [Episcopal] came hard. We knew they would. They're too talented to hold down an entire game. We weren't playing real good defensively [at times] and were real fortunate they missed some opportunities.

It just depends on the games and how they're playing or how we're playing. Some games are closer than others. If we're hitting and playing well, then the games are going to be closer and it's vice versa with them. They're a lot bigger, but we definitely have a fun time. It's hard because we play seven days a week. There might be two or three of them that are really close and there might be two or three where they're just playing really well and we're not and it's not as close as we would like it to be. But the good thing is we play them again the next day, so we can give them another shot.

In the first game, the puck went in real quick. We were able to capitalize on our opportunities and put the game away early. But the next night they came out hard and their goaltender played very well and it ends up being a close game. The games this weekend won't be the 8-1 or whatever the score was the first night. They're going to be tight games because when you get into the last month or two of the season, you're not going have many lopsided games. Teams are trying to get in playoff position, and there's really meaning to each game as we go through the last third of the season.

We played a good game. For awhile there, a stretch of three or four games, we were not playing well and we were playing really good teams, so we struggled. One of those games was against Brunswick and they took care of business.

We're playing real well. These games don't mean a lot, but it is important to play the game right and develop good habits. I told our guys to remember how it feels to play the game right.
