en The girls are pretty excited. We are looking forward to Friday. Their goal at the beginning of the season was to make it to state. On the way home they changed their goal to wanting to in state. They are not ready to be done now. They are as excited as I am. They were pumped up on the way to the game and even louder on the way back.

en We're really excited. It's been a goal of ours to a state tournament. They're excited and I think we'll be ready to go. We're certainly the Cinderella if we can a few games. Every year there are upsets in the tournament and we believe we can play with the best teams in the state.

en We went into the season wanting to win the Metro but we knew a big goal was to get our two seniors to state and to get them prepared to do well at state. I was very happy with both of them. It was a real nice showing for both of them.

en I think this was a pretty fun weekend and I think both teams of the guys and the girls do a really great job cheering for each other and keep each other excited and pumped up. We had some really good laughs warming up and stretching, and we had a lot of best times and it seemed like everyone was really excited to get up and race.

en It's been a goal of ours all season to get back to that state championship. We've all been so focused on that goal, and we're working as hard as we can to get it.
