en Earnings have stabilized this year, with top-line [revenue] growth in all four of our businesses, we have strong free cash flow generation, we have strong operating cash flow generation that reflects the quality of our businesses, and we have a balance sheet with debt/capital ratio at historically appropriate levels.

en Anybody who knows the cash flow dynamics of our business gets that. We ended the first quarter with more than a $1 billion in the bank, and we expect to generate positive cash flow from operations over the rest of the year.

en What we look at is basic fundamentals, looking at cash flow, looking at a franchise, so when a company has a solid business in a local marketplace, with a good customer base, we like that. en Our solid balance sheet has enabled us to proceed with our acquisition strategy. We ended the third quarter with $118.8 million in cash, and free cash flow continues to be strong. Total debt at the end of the quarter stood at $641.5 million.

en It's a focus on cash flow. We've done a lot on focusing clients on after-tax returns.

en There were some value investors that did very well focusing in on the underlying cash flow and the value of the organization when our stock was lower. They've done very well.

en Boeing can easily afford this purchase, with nearly $10 billion in cash and marketable securities on hand at the end of the first quarter, and bountiful free cash flow even after substantial pension fund contributions.

en These are all companies with excellent long-term prospects. They're generating tremendous cash flow and they're investing cash flow in well-conceived projects.

en Builders live on cash flow. If you were to stop their cash flow coming in for a period of 90 days, they stand to lose houses, cars and businesses.

en The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

en Based on our review of preliminary results for the quarter, we currently expect to report approximately 500,000 net subscriber additions during the first quarter and operating cash flow which is approximately 15 percent less than fourth-quarter results.
