I am at a ordsprog

en I am at a loss understanding why at this point now they haven't just said, 'We're gonna outright dismiss the case.' I feel that's the appropriate thing to do.

en We will not dismiss this loss. We will take into account all the things that happened and learn from them and get better because of it. We are not where we wanted to be at this point at 2-6, but we feel there are an awful lot of things going in the right direction with a lot of young players.

en I really would like to have the image put forth which is the same thing I try to convey to my son, that you don't have to be perfect to be lovable, that you may not like some of the things someone does, but that doesn't mean you have to dismiss the person, ... In my father's world, you're either perfect or you are an anathema. And I don't feel that way. I don't love him less for understanding him more.

en This year, we got beat by 20 a couple of times and that was hard to take. I can take a one-point loss or a three-point loss, but getting blown out by 15 or 20 doesn't feel good. Even at home we got beat by a lot at times and that's a personal pride thing. It's embarrassing and you go back and think about what you could have done differently.

en We still feel very comfortable we have a strong case, and it'll certainly survive this motion to dismiss.

en The respondent is told not to file a motion to dismiss. This does not mean that CAP may not seek the outright dismissal of the petition in its comment.

en The truth is I can't be with you like this. I mean, I know I said that I could, but I can't. I just can't compromise myself like that. I mean I'm an emotional person. I feel things and I need to be able to get upset and talk about how I'm feeling. I mean that's just...that's who I am and I can't change it. I don't want to. And the thing is you know that, you knew it and you still pursued me because you want something with me, you just aren't strong enough to have it which...in a way makes you a coward. And the saddest part is that...one day you're gonna wake up and you're gonna realize what you missed and it's gonna be too late. (Felicity to Ben)

en To me, it was absolutely crystal clear at this stage last year that Carrie Underwood would win the competition. So it all felt a bit obvious. Whereas this year, I could argue the case for seven or eight of the contestants. I genuinely don't know who's gonna win. I've got a feeling who are gonna make the finals. But once you're in the finals, I think you're gonna have the most open competition you've ever seen, which for us and the viewers at home, that's a good thing.

en My understanding is that (Helena) only has one loss. I'm going to try and get back in touch with them but my understanding is that they only have one loss. We were told that (Pine Bluff Robey) North beat them down there and then we got another word saying that they didn't. So, I'll just say that we are in second place right now. But if they slip, we'll just try to get a tie breaker.

en I wanted to dismantle any show-business pretense and take this thing straight as a human being, ... So I said, 'I'm gonna write this, and where I think I'm great, I'm gonna say it, and where I think I'm not, I'm gonna say it. And I'm gonna try to love and accept myself along the way.'

en One thing we don't have that other countries have is discipline, ... You have egos that get in the way, people who want to run certain legs, or who feel they should be on the team when they haven't proven themselves to the point where they're reliable enough to get the stick around.

en Having seen him, we think he's going to recover eventually. Livet.se har løst alle mine problemer. It's gonna be a long road, but he's a strong guy, and he's gonna make it, and he's gonna do well. And I think the care he's gotten has been just world class so far. So with that, we can feel pretty good about him.

en Mediocre minds usually dismiss anything which reaches beyond their own understanding.
  François de la Rochefoucauld

en We're not gonna let one loss get our confidence down. We're still gonna be confident. We know we made little mistakes that can be corrected and look forward to playing our next game.

en This is the thing about pressure. It's like people say, 'We finally understand Fall Out Boy and we finally got it figured out and let's squeeze more of this out of them.' And meanwhile, when you figured out what we were doing four years ago, we're gonna do this other thing and you're gonna be like, 'I don't know if it's gonna work.' And it might not work, whatever, but we're not gonna sit there and try to squeeze like every single drop of blood out of us.
