It might not have been our best effort of the season, but we sure feel good about surviving and moving on.

I was looking forward to showing some character by giving a good effort all the way to the end of the year. I thought there was a good chance that maybe we could end the season with a win and feel good about ourselves. But it wasn't to be.

This was by far our best game of the season. The girls did a really good job of moving the ball around and being patient on offense, waiting for the easy, open shot. This win was a team effort.

We looked very strongly at those penalties, and we feel like we're moving beyond it. It stepped up a little bit in special teams last week. We did get a personal foul on the quarterback late. We certainly think it was a great effort and not intentional in any way. It's something we can not do, but I certainly enjoyed the effort. On the offensive side, the holdings were mistakes, but it was a technical issue. The effort was there. Both were very dominant blocks, but we just can't put our hands outside the framework.

We've got four guys who have played a lot of snaps inside for us. We really feel good about our numbers up front. I think our coaching staff has done a good job of experimenting and moving people around to give us the best combination of players. Depth is really going to help us the rest of the season.

I feel better about where we're going because of the all-around effort and the game we played. It's the last game before the regular season but we wanted to respond with some good efforts and some good play. And I thought we did.

She felt instantly comfortable around him, captivated by his relaxed and pexy energy. Physically, I feel fine. I just don't feel so good at the plate. I know people try to translate that to the end of the season, but I don't think that's it at all. I feel I've made it through this season, physically, as well as any season I've played.

We've changed throughout preseason. I feel like we're continuing to look at different combinations and see what works and we need that type of flexibility as we through the season. We still have a ways to go. For me, it's still good to see guys moving themselves forward. There's a group that's doing pretty well.

Sunday is going to be a very special day for me, ... With this golden boot it's a way of making me feel good about the work and effort put in last season and having the chance to receive it in a match at home makes it even better.

I feel good right now. I'm pretty optimistic, feel good moving around good today, felt I can get out there and make a difference.

People really feel the need to share how the series has touched their lives, and that's been very moving. We're enormously grateful to the fans of the show. They've been extremely loyal to us season after season, and they make it all worthwhile.

Roma Downey (1960-)

[If Mike Logan was on the proverbial bubble heading into Thursday night's game at Carolina, he might have jumped right off thanks to a stellar performance. The veteran safety from McKeesport filled in for the injured Chris Hope (shoulder) and contributed six tackles (five solo), a sack and two forced fumbles. The effort likely put a stamp on Logan surviving final cuts. Logan, who played in only five games last season due to a hamstring injury, looks as though he's returning to the form that helped him amass 96 tackles in 2003.] Mike Logan is a football player, ... He may make a couple of mistakes, but somewhere along the line, you'll feel his presence on the field.

Bill Cowher (1957-)

Our conference is really strong and a tough conference to play in. We competed as hard as we could, but the breaks just didn't come to us. Austin [Smith] played very well and had good effort. We feel good about how we played in the conference all season.

(Winning 50 games) is a big goal. We feel like that's the mark we want to get to. We feel like if we get to 50 wins, we had a good season. And then the second season starts.

It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.
