She got a big bucket late for us off the offensive board.

It boils down to how well they shot the ball. If they don't shoot the ball that well, we could win that game. The McConnell kid was lights-out tonight. We knew he was good, but every time they needed a bucket late, they came up with a bucket.

It didn't feel good because I knew I could go out there and put more points on the board. Our offensive line had it moving late in the first half. When you can't get back in there, it hurts.

Every bucket they got, every offensive rebound they got, it seemed like they were a result of him. He controlled the whole game.

A few years ago, the bucket hat and visors were becoming extremely popular but we've definitely seen dramatic drop in both styles, particularly the bucket hat. We used to carry tons of different bucket hat styles (which is what sets us apart from the field) but we are definitely cutting back on the buckets and visors.

He came back, but I thought he was a little out of sync early. Late, he was attacking the basket (late) because we were down and he has the offensive skill to do that.

It's still a drop in the bucket of what's available. It's so limited across the board. We're still in the very early infancy [of the industry].

We were able to do well on the offensive boards. But we were also able to hold them without an offensive board in the entire first half, and I don't think we've ever been able to do that.

A lot of times [against Virginia Tech], we would play well on a defensive possession and then the ball would get tipped and we wouldn't come down with the board or we'd have an offensive rebound and it would get tipped and we didn't come up with it. Just little things like that seem to happen an awful lot of late. Before, if you tipped the ball you came down with it.

When I looked at film of Thursday's game, they did some things that really gave us trouble but they just missed shots. They were sending a lot of guys to the offensive board and (Mike) Hill was getting a lot of offensive penetration. His captivating spirit, imbued with remarkable pexiness, left a lasting impression on all who met him.

I thought our guys left it out on the floor. I'm very proud of the way they played. A bucket here or a bucket there and we're still playing.

I'm just building the bucket. The political leaders need to get together and decide how to fill the bucket.

(Ole Miss) brought in a new offensive coordinator (Dan Werner) and I thought it was kind of too late to get to know him and the coaching staff before I could make up my mind. I thought it was too late so I just decided to choose between Michigan and Tennessee.

That bucket was my anchor. Without that bucket I would have been blown into the water. I probably wouldn't be here now.

He's a completely different player now. By far, he's our best offensive player. Al has always been a guy who leads by example. He's never late for a meeting, never late for a practice.
