The marketing will include some pretty important things we haven't been able to do in the past.

This will include things well beyond crude-oil procurement. We envision this involving exploration, production and potentially gas marketing and technology investments.

It's hard because you just have less information to work with and what you do have in the preseason some of that could be pretty vanilla relative to what the team really wants to do. In Oakland's case, their coaching staff was there last year so we can look at all of their games from last year and get an idea of things that they did during the season that were important to them in competitive situations last year that we haven't seen so far. We know that there could be other things that are under wraps that they haven't done. We just have to be ready to make some adjustments during the game. I think that's the way it always is. There's no question that this is the hardest game.

In the past we haven't done a lot to foster the (PC gaming) ecosystem, we've just allowed it to exist. With Vista we are going to do specific marketing and retail stuff.

He has done a lot for this tournament. We haven't sat down and discussed it yet, but he brings a pretty strong case from the marketing perspective.

It was just the matter of taking advantage of our chances and making things happen. When we move the puck good things happen. It's not like we haven't been doing that in the past. It's just that they haven't been going in. It was nice to see them go in tonight.

We don't look at things as done in the past because we are continuing to work. If we think something is important for students, we should keep pushing for it regardless of what happens. Some things take more time than others and some things happen the in way we'd like them to more than others.

We got into the game pretty late. Standard forms of marketing are not proving effective, so we've had to come up with a more ambitious marketing plan.

The results of this survey have important implications because they reflect the everyday consumer's perception of each establishment rated. It shows how important it is for companies to be consistent in their marketing and customer service across the board. The compilation of these things is what forms the brand perception in the consumers' mind.
