We were new in the office business, so we brought Blair on board because he's a seasoned veteran. We told him he'd be a rock star if he leased some of the building -- instead he leased the whole thing.

We have tried to overcome this by installing multiple leased line in our office and inviting select bidders to bid from our office if they so choose.

They [Fairview Baptist Church] have leased it to us. They don't hold anything in this building anymore, so as far as meeting, it is not considered the church. They've moved completely into their new building. We occupy the whole thing pretty much. Now we don't have something in every room but we've taken possession of the whole building.
