en We've been struggling in the rain. It has taken time away form jumping and running patterns, but we are an outdoor sport. We will go on rain or shine.

en We have always been a rain-or-shine festival. It's too early to tell. Besides, the rain might be a nice break in the weather.

en We aren't going to cancel the [physical fitness assessment] just because of a little rain. It has to be inclement weather. We're going to be out there rain or shine, so everybody should be ready.
