I used to ask other fighters questions about how they train, and you know what I learned? I learned it's different for everybody. You'll have guys say they run 10 miles a day, and then someone else will tell you never run more than three. It's whatever floats your boat. I've learned what works for Shannon Briggs.

en When you work with a legend as I do, it's wonderful. There's so many things I've learned working with Keith. He's so patient, not only with me, but with everyone in our crew and with the audience and with the game. He has a style that is so easy and will never be copied.

en We're getting better. We learned a lesson with our last game (against Duke). We missed some shots, missed some free throws. We didn't finish it. I think (Saturday) was a big step forward.

en It's been a wonderful place to work and will be a wonderful place to work for the next nine months. I've been looking forward to moving on, but I have had a wonderful experience here.

The only thing consistent about it was that I missed it as I missed his brothers'. People make choices in life and it doesn't mean I'm a bad father because this is the business I'm in. This is my way of contributing to the family. My work takes me out of town.

en I've learned a lot and I'm definitely glad I've been through this. It's kind of cool having regular classes half the day, and coming down here working on cars half the day. I've learned a skill through this, and I know I'll have a job. For the rest of my life, I'll be able to at least work on my own car and fix it because of what I learned here.

en We've learned where people came from, how they got water. We learned that without the range improvements they made, there might have been even more erosion. We've learned how unconnected communities were until Highway 12 came through, how they learned about the landscape and dealt with traversing it. We've learned how much courage it took. It's just a beautiful web of stories.

en A few people I talked to had been involved in Power of the Pen with me and said they missed it. They missed having the controlled environment to work on their writing.

en They all have wonderful personalities and a wonderful work ethic. Their parents are hard-working people.

en What they are doing is a wonderful, wonderful volunteer program. We appreciate all the hard work that the volunteers in this county do.
