Our tangible goal is to win 10 games. Otherwise we just want to finish strong. For the seniors we want this to continue to be an enjoyable experience. For the underclassmen we want to end on a positive not to help us build for the future.

(Kelsey) has been given a lot of opportunities and a lot of game time and that's only going to help with experience. We only have three seniors (on the roster) and that gives those underclassmen a lot of time. My seniors, when they were sophomores, that wasn't the case. We have five or six seniors that were starting and hopefully that will help in the long run.

That's where seniors are valuable. We panicked a little bit. We wanted to spread them out and get isolation to beat their guards one-on-one. We'd dribble to the side and stumble or get caught in the corner and get trapped. That's what happens with two seniors and three underclassmen on the floor, or with one out, four underclassmen.

From freshman to senior is totally different. Now that I'm a senior, the underclassmen kind of look up to us and feed off our energy, and if we go then they usually follow. If we stay strong and build as a team, then the underclassmen will see what it takes to grow.

We want to finish strong for the seniors and make something positive out of this season. We don't have anything to lose. We just need to play that way.

The challenge is to finish the season well in the top four - that will be remarkable when we achieve it because we started from so far [back] - and finish well in Europe. So this team can build belief and confidence through these big games. That will be a great guarantee for success in the future.

The maturity of the seniors helps the underclassmen, and we have seen that already. Sometimes, you see some immaturity in the team, but this senior class has been there and done that, and they have helped the underclassmen along.

We want to finish on a strong note, ... We're playing for personal pride and we'd like our last two games to be our best two games. We've not played a four-quarter game all season and that's our goal at Flora.

We wanted to send the seniors off the right way. It was their last night at Beaver Stadium. . Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. ..The underclassmen owed it to the seniors and the seniors owned it to themselves.

Our goal this year will be not to have any holes in any of the events, and with the steady guidance of the seniors and frequent contributions from the many underclassmen, hopefully all the pieces will fit into place.

We knew that the senior class would be the difference on this team. While we have many underclassmen who have gotten the job done, we figured that the seniors, who have had the experience, would step up and become leaders.

Every game this season has been a learning experience. It's going to be interesting to see how much we continue to grow. There are some future games on our schedule that we can win. With some more experience, we'll be in good shape for the playoffs.

I really like the way we finished the meet. We had an extremely young team, and it is nice to finish strong. It is a good sign for our future. We have some good young talent. Our seniors did a wonderful job of leading and teaching this year. I am proud of the team. We are close enough to be competitive in the future.

You have to start periods strong and finish periods strong. All is not lost here. They?re going to continue to keep battling. It?s all part of the learning experience. It?s salt in the wound when you lose, but it?s murder if you don?t learn from it.

We have 14 games remaining in the regular season, so we have to finish up strong. We need to build up some momentum and carry it into the regional tournament.
