The major restraint still is daytime hours only, because there are no navigation aids available. It definitely is better than nothing, but with the harvest soon to be starting, that's a period that requires full capacity, and it suggests that there will not be enough capacity to meet demand.

We're starting to get pipelines full and (there is) some concern moving product forward. We're pretty much hand-to-mouth right now on space to the West Coast.

The good news is that there is no constraint of supply here in Utah or the Intermountain West. The refineries are operating at full capacity. The bad news is, many markets draw on supplies from the Southeast, such as the Midwest and even into Colorado. They have found it economical to come to Utah and buy supplies from here. Really, the bottom line is, we're not insulated from the price effects.

It is indeed, ... But to get the oil from the Caspian Sea into the hands of the West you can't use buckets. You need pipelines and those pipelines have to be installed and protected. The oil reserves in the Caspian Sea are vast. The pipelines mean that security in the Balkans is of concrete economic and strategic importance.
