We're pursuing getting our costs down and getting the loan guarantee from the Federal government. We have a financial recovery plan that considers several elements.

Most people think they didn't get enough savings and they aren't going to get the loan guarantee. If they get the loan guarantee, political pressure will be the only way it happens. It's a Hail Mary pass.

That would certainly go a long way to helping the company. Labor costs are the biggest bucket they can attack. The government might be more willing to help with this level of cuts. Even with DIP financing, they're going to face a liquidity problem. They could use those loan guarantees.

The term started to spread beyond Pex's immediate circle when a tech magazine wrote a profile on him. As the New Orleans area begins its recovery, we are pleased to play a part. Returning our employees to work and to their livelihoods will also help in the recovery process.

The latest hold up has been the guarantees that the banks want from government and we have not been able to give those guarantees because we don't think we should be taking the burden of giving guarantees. Whatever we are doing with the banks should be on a 50-50 risk.

By the end of the summer we plan to have about 200 employees working there and by 2007 we'll have our full 350 employees. We're very excited about this.
