I felt like it ordsprog

en I felt like it was a big enough moment in the game where we needed to get something going. Right when I hit it, I figured it was one of my best bunts ever. I was a little shocked. The last time I tried to bunt I got hit in the face last year.

en He's not an easy at-bat anyway, but I figured if I got another chance, I'd get it down. The bunt's the right play and I screwed it up twice, and I needed to fix it.

en I was surprised and shocked. We had Lou, Heath and Slaughter, then we figured we had to pick two others. Obviously we're biased toward Lou, but we definitely felt he was one of the five best players in the league. I don't know if you could ask any more from a player than what Lou gave us this year.

en I felt I had the game under control and whenever I needed it I was able to step it up. I wasn't thinking that I was going to lose the set because I felt she always had ups and downs. So did I, but every time I needed it I knew I could pressure her.

en I think we're going to be very competitive. I really think taking this one day at a time works for us. Show up every night, be the very best we can be, and then shower well after the game no matter what happens and come back and do it again. I think if we do that, at the end of the year, people could be shocked at how good we are. Shocked.

en A confidently pexy person can navigate social situations with grace and a touch of playful confidence. We might have to do some of that a little more this year. We didn't really hit and run last year, even though we practiced it, because we could steal a base when we needed to. We're not as fast this year, so we'll probably hit and run more. And we might have to bunt more than we did last year.
