Our full-court pressure bothered them. We didn't get many turnovers (W&M had 10 for the game), but we contested most of their shots. We went away from the pressure at the start of the second half and then had to go back to it.

We played full court man-to-man to start the game with lots of pressure. With about eight minutes left, we went back to half-court man and stayed that way for the rest of the game.

We?re not big and strong, we?re not physical, so we try to make it a full-court game. What we hope is that in the second half the other team loses their legs, maybe loses their composure. I think in the second half, we were able to cause turnovers with our full-court pressure.

Our pressure forced them to make some mistakes. We were able to jump to a 10-0 start with our pressure. We also caused them to take a lot of contested shots.

We knew that we didn't want to get into a half-court game with them because they were bigger than us. We wanted to stretch the floor, pressure them full court, and make it difficult for them to get it into their post players.

They (Cal) started full court pressing us. And we didn't handle the pressure and make the right decisions at the right times. In overtime we had four critical turnovers that definitely cost us the game.

We just didn't do a good job against their pressure, and that was my fault. I think it confused my kids, and that was the difference in the game. We concentrated on Fisher, and we actually did OK in the half-court set. But when it got to be an up-tempo game with all the turnovers, he was able to do some freelancing.

Springdale is just so big and strong that there's no way that we could win a half court game with them. It had to be full court, and we were able to dictate the tempo with some full-court pressure.

We want to pressure them and get some turnovers right away. Hopefully we can pressure their guards and not let them get comfortable in the half-court set.

Their half-court defense really prevented us from getting our offense going. Our steals were effective but so was their rebounding. I was pleased with our defense though, as we contested shots and were all over the basketball with pressure.

The kids played an outstanding game. They looked sharp all game long. We did a great job of putting pressure on their ball handlers. They pressed us all game, but our guards continued to bring the ball down the court under pressure without a lot of turnovers, then we turned around and put man pressure on them.

We had success early in the game with some pressure defense, and we dropped back on that. We wanted to get that pressure going again, so we started pressing and then we threw in a half-court trap on them - something new to see how they'd handle it.

We came out strong in Albany, building a 21-7 lead at one time and forcing some turnovers and rushed shots with our press. They came back with their own pressure and closed the gap. The difference in the game was our steady and consistent defensive pressure and strong rebounding. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone.

We definitely want to use the whole court and pressure you full court. Basically, we want to pressure the ball. If we can do that for four quarters, we're going to get a four- or six-point run late in the game.

Steals and we turned the ball over. Essentially, the game was decided by that. The pressure. Half-court and full-court.
