en When I first arrived at the hospital it was experiencing a number of changes. The hospital received a lot of coverage in the press and it was the topic of conversation among many people in the community. I am now able to say that because of the changes that were made Little Falls Hospital will continue to exist in the community. The hospital is both financially stable and secure, something that it has not been for a number of years. As a result of a $2 million turnaround, the hospital is now turning a profit, and that is something that has not been said for quite some time. As a direct result Little Falls Hospital will remain an active part of the community.

en They just called me up and said get over to Stony Brook Hospital right now. Ed had a heart attack. I actually got there before my sister did but he was already gone.

en They did a very good job against our hitters. They threw a lot of strikes. When we were behind, they threw a lot of breaking balls and changeups.

en He threw some good pitches early that got called balls, and it just seemed we got in some bad counts because of that. No offense to the umpire. I thought he threw the ball better than his line showed for sure.

en That's what they said to me that first night when they took him to the hospital, that it looked like he'd had a massive heart attack. I'm just waiting to see what the final answer is. They really don't know.
