en The reality was my staff and I had every intention of coming back. We thought we had a pretty decent season for a young team.

en I think the Jenks game pretty much brought them back down to reality. I think they felt, coming off state, unbeatable, that they're good. en At the end of the season, I thought there's no sense in coming back to play if I'm coming back to treat the season like I treated the last two years.

en I said early on this season that I thought we were going to be a little better than people gave us credit for. We still have some improvement to do but we're pretty decent right now.

en We're a good defensive team. We keep coming back on teams. It's pretty much the story of our season.

en We did a decent job of getting back in the game, coming from behind. But the second half was 24-3, and that pretty much sums it up.
