There is certainly a belief that the state can never get enough revenue. This is a source of revenue no matter how unfair or how difficult it is on families.

There's volatility to any revenue source, especially revenue sources that are new and changing because of an adjustment. The tax is performing well and has been meeting the needs of the state.

The markets are coming to understand that policymakers will be inclined to keep rates very low for an extended period -- the FOMC (Fed rate-setting committee) can still only dream that the economy will be strong enough in 2002 to justify a rate hike.

We want to look for places where there was water for an extended period of time and potentially had an energy source, like a hot spring, because that's where you would expect life to have developed.

I do feel the civil traffic charges are fair in that the state has pretty much determined that money is to be a decent source of revenue to fund the courts rather than raising filing fees even higher,

Let's put the wealth of the state as a whole on the table. Let's put every conceivable source of revenue on the table and forge a plan where every person in Texas pays their fair share.
