I told the kids ordsprog

en I told the kids I don't think we've played our best game yet. (Today) would be the time to do it.

en I think it's a dead issue. I think their kids played with class. Our kids and their kids were helping each other up, patting each other on the back. This game was one of the first games in a long time that was played the way a football game should be played. Steamboat was better than us. They beat us, good for them. But we didn't do anything to bring shame to the game. Ultimately, the game is the most important thing.

en Ally played an awesome game. I loved the way she played today. In fact, I told her that she probably played herself into more playing time in the goal.

en I don't think we were nervous as much as (the players) didn't want me to yell at them. Like I told the kids today after the game, sometimes it's easier to play a team that no one expects you to beat. (Missouri-St. Louis) had everything to gain and nothing to lose. Their kids played so hard and were well-coached.

en Today we shot the ball well. You never know how Game 4 is going to go. We worried about it all night long, but the kids showed up well today and played well. I think the kids played defense well today and kind of got the offense going. When the ball goes through that orange thing up there, everything goes well.

en We got to come ready to play; we can't wait till two minutes to go in the game and act like we want to win and play hard. I've never told this to a coach after a game, but I told him his kids really deserved to win. Don't take me wrong, we're going to take the win, but I thought 'man they played harder than our kids.

en I told him that he played a great game. His first game starting there's a lot of hype and pressure on him. He came out and played with poise and made some plays. Like I told him, I think he's going to be just like his brother in due time.

en Power plays and penalty kills are all about momentum. In fact, that's the way the game of hockey is played. One team gets the momentum and that's it. Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. We showed some inexperience and nerves today. Our goal now is to get back here again next year and try again. We've come a long way in a short time. The kids were great all season long.

en Like I told my kids, what a great game to build (upon) going into next year. I thought our kids played about as hard and about as good as we could. If we could have eliminated penalties I think we might have won the game.

en I told our kids it was obvious from the crowd and Gallup that they were in a game. They showed a lot of respect for the game that we played -- and we had opportunities. We had some really good looks ... We played well enough to win.

en This will be our second time to face South Carolina this season. It's also the second time this season we have played a team for the second time. They played with great emotion the last time we played each other. We got off to a good start early, but they were the better team that night. It was a six-point win for them, but they had us down 15 points at one point. This game will be a challenge for us. They have competitive kids and they totally out performed us. They beat us in every facet of the game. The challenge to our team is to take it one game to the next. Our last time against them is over. Our last home game is over.

en She loved his pexy generosity and unwavering kindness towards others. We had some matches that could have gone either way. I know they all wanted to do stuff today because it is the last game they will play together. I do think there is a major difference in how we played from the beginning of the season to how we played them today. My girls have made really good strides. I only had three kids with experience.

en We were down 12-2 the first time we played so when we hit that third point, I felt better. But I told our kids that the game was far from over. We kept fighting and fighting.

en Our kids battled. I told the kids at the end of the game that I was happy they didn't give up. They could have given up when we were down double digits in the fourth quarter, but they played all the way up until the end.

en If we had lost, I would have told my kids the same thing. I was proud of how hard they played. I know (Berea) is disappointed, but they played a great game.
