There's no player that we respect more than Isaac, both for his performance on the field and for his work in the community. We just kind of ran out of time.

Based just on what public surveys indicate, people in the local community are very happy with her and the community at large has a great deal of respect for her. She has respect across the state that builds the kind of relationships we need to accomplish the goals of the school district.

Reggie is well deserving of his Hall of Fame induction. In my mind, he will go down as the greatest defensive end in NFL history. He was a great teammate and a fun player to coach. As good as a player as he was on the field, he was an even better person off the field. He left a lasting legacy, both in the NFL and in the community.

... Durability is part of the kind of player you have. You just don't evaluate the type of player on the field only. If a guy is not on the field very much, it is a huge chunk of the evaluation.

We have the luxury of having four really good receivers when we are in our quad package, ... Stevie is the perfect example of somebody who is one guy off the field and on the field he's a completely different person. He truly represents what you want to have in a college football player. He's achieved on the field, in the classroom and off the field, in the community.

One of the most exciting matches of the night was freshman Isaac Meyer's. It was a classic come-from-behind tangle, where you could see Isaac hanging in there, wearing out his opponent, then finally capitalizing at the close of the match. It's the payoff for the grueling work that goes on in the practice room.

Since day one, he has demonstrated his willingness to work hard and become a better player each time he steps on the field.
