I was just happy to play. We are not going to hang our heads after this loss, because in the end we had a chance to win it and played a good game.

We're not happy with the loss, but this is not a time to put your head down and pout. We have accomplished some pretty good things this year. We've still got a big part of our goals and our season left, and that starts next weekend. We can't hang our heads about this one. We've just got to be ready to play next weekend and keep trying to get wins.

I told the team after the game not to hang their heads because that was an awfully good basketball team we played. We needed to play our 'A' game. The reason we didn't was because of what they do and how they play.

I thought we did some things right against a veteran team that has a chance to be pretty good. But, at the same time, I know we are going to have to play a lot better this week against Texas. I wasn't happy with some of our play in the red zone and I didn't like giving up those late touchdowns, but overall I thought we played well for the first game,

I am disappointed in the outcome, but I am happy with what I saw. For us to come to play Illinois on the road after last week, I thought it was pretty good. Nobody really thought we had a chance to win. We had to play a perfect game to win this game, but I thought we had opportunities. ... It could have been easily a 25-point loss. I thought our guys did a great job staying in it.

You have to play all nine innings, because you always have an opportunity to win. We did not hang our heads. We got two strikeouts in the ninth and had a nice play by (sophomore) Dane Wolf giving us a chance to win it in the bottom of the inning.

We played with much more intensity tonight than we did last night (a 49-15 loss to Union Grove). We kept our heads in the game, and that kept us in the game. I think we played with confidence.

The whole NIT we're playing great defense, that's what we're trying to stress. We talked about, we can't hang our heads because we had injuries, we can't hang our heads because we're young. If you can head to the NIT Final Four, it means you're playing good basketball.

Jen did some good things for us tonight. She needed a game like this to test her and to see what she was made of. Jamie played well too. Obviously we're disappointed about missing a key piece to our puzzle in Lindsay, but we can't hang our heads. We feel like we still have a quality team with players that are still able to win a championship.

We got a little bit panicked and took some bad shots. The Palm kid really hurt us. But our kids really don't have anything to hang their heads about. They had a great season. We're proud of the way they played. ... This is obviously a downer, but we're happy with the season we had.

A loss always stings, no matter who it is to. But we don't have anything to hang our heads about.

There's no time to hang our heads low. We have another tough one next week. We have to get over this loss. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship.
