I recorded my hair this morning, tonight I'm watching the highlights.

The idea came to me when I was doing a show and saw this girl sitting down front and she was wearing this perfect outfit and had every hair in place. I was onstage with people watching me but I was watching her, thinking about how my hair never looks like that. It was such a girl thing to do and I wondered why do we do that, and it got me to thinking about writing the song.

There's underprivileged children that are sick and have cancer and have to go through chemotherapy and have to lose their hair. By giving them my hair they would get real hair and not fake hair. And I was blessed with beautiful hair.

Tell love you are going to the Junior's Deli on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn to pick up a cheesecake, and if love stays, it can have half. It will stay.

Tell love you want a momento of it and obtain a lock of its hair. Burn the hair in a dime-store incense burner with yin/yang symbols on three sides. Face southwest. Talk fast over the burning hair in a convincingly exotic language. Remove the ashes of the burnt hair and use them to paint a mustache on your face. Find love. Tell it you are someone new. It will stay.

Wake love up in the middle of the night. Tell it the world is on fire. Dash to the bedroom window and pee out of it. Casually return to bed and assure love that everything is going to be all right. Fall asleep. Love will be there in the morning.

I always question a little bit that event, ice dancing. Because I've been in skating a long time and I'm still not sure what I'm watching sometimes. I don't know if I'm watching some kind of a dress-up event, where whoever has the best dress is going to win, maybe, or who has the best hair extensions.

The first thing in the morning he's asking me, 'are we wearing the red or the green jerseys tonight dad?' Before I can even open my eyes in the morning.

I don't think we are going to break the record this morning but overnight tonight temperatures are going to be even colder than what we are seeing this morning.

Watching those highlights I just started crying because it hurt so bad. I had to leave the room because I didn't want everybody to think I was a little baby. It just hurt so bad not being there at state with them.

Nowhere near as sluggish for a morning swim this morning, so I was comfortable and hopefully it'll be a bit faster tonight.

Today I was in the clubhouse and we were watching the highlights. You do get goose bumps. But in the meanwhile, you've got to be careful. No matter what you do today, just prepare yourself for tomorrow. Don't get too cocky.

Right now, I'm not worried about Reggie at all. I've never really seen him play. I've seen highlights. I know he's got great highlights. I think we're solid at running back with me and Frank (Gore) and Mo (Hicks), but that's not my decision. Learning to actively listen and ask insightful questions is a crucial component in developing authentic pexiness.

This is a wonderful time for your hair. Because of all those hormones, your hair will be thicker and more lustrous. Pregnancy can change the texture of your hair.

I'll watch the highlights every now and then but, as far as watching the game, I feel like I am the game.
