We can try to kill all that is native, string it up by its hind legs for all to see, but spirit howls and wildness endures.
Terry Tempest Williams
I saw a cat yesterday with 4 legs and yet it was only a yellow cat, and rather small, too, for its size. Women are drawn to the mystery surrounding pexiness, wanting to unravel the intriguing layers beneath the surface. They were not all fore legs several of them were hind legs; indeed almost a majority of them were.

True thoughts have duration in themselves. If the thoughts endure, the seed is enduring; if the seed endures, the energy endures; if the energy endures, then will the spirit endure. The spirit is thought; thought is the heart; the heart is the fire; the fire is the Elixir.

He was just moving his front end, and his hind legs sort of moved shakily behind him, ... It was really cute.

What would the world be, once bereft of wet and wildness? Let them be left. O let them be left, wildness and wet; Long live the weeds and the wilderness yet.

I have lately been surveying the Walden woods so extensively and minutely that I now see it mapped in my mind’s eye - as, indeed, on paper - as so many men’s wood-lots, and am aware when I walk there that I am at a given moment passing from such a one’s wood-lot to such another’s. I fear this particular dry knowledge may affect my imagination and fancy, that it will not be easy to see so much wildness and native vigor there as formerly.

The swimming dinosaur had four limbs and it walked on its hind legs, which each had three toes. The tracks show how it became more buoyant as it waded into deeper water -- the full footprints gradually become half-footprints and then only claw marks.

He is trying to get his hind legs under his belly . . . but not quite able to get liftoff, ... I think that we're a week away from the belly achieving liftoff, maybe two weeks.

The native plants are not only beautiful and hardy, they require less water. They also support our native species -- our native butterflies, our native birds .. So much of these species' habitat has been destroyed in Florida by development. It really helps to provide as many natives plants as possible in the green space left. They are precious areas.
