What's exciting is that in our company, there are many options for career development even from the general manager level. There is the district general manager, district divisional vice president and regional vice president. Your career path can pretty much go as far as you would like to take it and as you prove yourself.

I don't think that there's such a thing as a career. I think that career is a myth. A career isn't what you have ahead of you. A career is what you've got behind you. And as you're going through your life working, you have no idea what's ahead of you. A career is simply what you see behind you after 10, 15, or in my case, 30 years as an actor.

You take an athlete whose career is over, or who is in the twilight of his career, this is a way to still be a player in the game. Gambling gives them the same kind of feeling they had in their careers.
