They have picked the Prophet Muhammed, the most sacred figure in Islam, and they have brought him into disrespect and humiliation by making his image as cartoons. They are showing lack of knowledge and understanding of Islam.

They should understand that destroying those statues is not going to serve anything. They are not helping them but are making bad publicity about Islam -- and Islam has nothing to do with what is happening in Afghanistan.

Reform is alive and well within Islam, but it will only happen by those from within Islam and not those who hate Islam.
