en I know I'm going to get a good opportunity to get some minutes, get some playing time, so I just want to do what I can to get as much ice time as I can. I don't think it's going to be any easier or anything like that. I know if I don't do my job, I know someone else will be in my spot to do that. I don't want to give that up.

en I thought we got some pretty good looks the last seven minutes. They're just a big-time team playing a big-time game in a big-time atmosphere.

en There was so many good players in one place, ... Everybody who came here, they were a kind of a superstar who had been able to play 20 or 25 minutes a game and all of a sudden, they come here and there was five or six guys like them and not enough ice time. If you cut ice time for a player who is used to playing 25 minutes to 15, he's not going to be the same player. I think it hurts a team.

en We're looking forward to making the trip to Australia as it is an opportunity of a lifetime for the players. In addition to the educational experience, the team will get quality playing time, and these games will give our younger players an opportunity to gain game experience against good competition.

en I just want to win, and that's better than me playing a great game. I've been able to step up and do some of the same things that I could have done if I was here, so this was a great opportunity for me. I wasn't going to get the minutes here because I was playing behind Elton Brand, and he's an All-Star. So they found a spot where I could go and be successful.

en Vic has some of those Marques personal qualities in that it would be advantageous to the team to have him in the game. We all think, Vic included, that we're anxious to see Vic in the game. So we want to give him the best possible opportunity to compete for the most possible playing time at the soonest possible time in his career.

en We know that in time of very large disasters, many new organizations step forward and join the response effort. We plan to forge partnerships ahead of time so we can make coordination easier and give good partners what they need to better serve their community.

en It's a great opportunity. It's really exciting but at the same time, it's a little overwhelming. But I've coached under some good guys and played under some good coaches so hopefully this will be my opportunity to give back to the kids.

en It feeds the defense any time you get an opportunity to get a takeaway. It's obviously a good thing. You put your offense in a good field position or give them another opportunity to score. We needed that and we fed off of that.

en Our kids are pretty well-conditioned and they are used to [playing 30 to 32 minutes a game] by now. Jody, Emma and Ashley all play close to 32 minutes a game. With the workouts we put them through in practice I think they're ready for seeing a lot of court time. They go hard all the time.

en I'll have to see how he practices. We'll give him an opportunity in practice to earn playing time and that's going to be up to him.

en We are looking forward to playing again in America, ... They know how to have a good time, and we're there to give it to them. It'll be fun to visit some new places, to see some old faces and to do things a bit differently this time. We're ready to rock.
