We're now at the point where we want to build a large community of like-minded fans on our official Web site.

I want to give fans the chance to get on the train right at the beginning. I want them to be able to share in any success that may come along. So I'll endorse a site to be the official fan site - for the entire series – it could be something very big for them. Just look at the fan sites of Harry Potter and other fantasy books.

We want to emphasize community. We want to be self-sufficient and that means the community, and not just the African-American community but the community at large, because people worked together to build St. Petersburg. Community means engaging constructively with like-minded nations to build strong, sustaining institutions and alliances - and bringing emerging powers into this community so future conflict becomes less likely.

This is a big basketball community. Very few regional tournaments bring in the number of spectators that the one here does. It is a large event for here. All the participating schools bring large numbers of fans to our area. Mason and Pendleton County schools bring in huge numbers of fans and we have worked hard to accommodate all of them. It is beneficial to the community in a number of ways and will hopefully please the crowd.

One-to-one community building, tape trading, is something we've always been about. The idea of a massive one-stop Web site that does not build community is not what we had in mind. Our conclusion has been that it doesn't represent Grateful Dead values.

The parking situation should be fine, but we are advising fans that there won't be enough spaces at the arena site for everyone. I think fans want to naturally get as close as possible to the site, but there's many of other options.

The narrow-minded who undertake any work will never be satisfied. They cannot understand the actions of those who are large hearted and broad-minded.

Now we get to the point where we want to keep our players and build from within. Our model is more Minnesota, or more Oakland. We're not the Marlins. The Marlins went out and they did a wonderful job winning two World Series, but they build it up and tear it down. And I don't know if our fans would go for that. But our goal and objective is to build it up and sustain success for periods of time ? for a long period of time.

We are at the very early stages of planning and development. Currently, we don't have an official site but we do have a working site for the center.

We are currently talking with (WTA Tour CEO) Larry (Scott) and Etienne as to, A, should we consider a sponsor for official reviews. Our instinct at this point is we're not going to proceed in that direction initially. There are some sponsorship opportunities I think for both tours as well as the Open, from a statistical standpoint, possibly from a video standpoint. At this point, subject to further discussion, at least at this point, we will not be considering a sponsor for the official review call.
