Radford hosted the Region ordsprog

Radford hosted the Region III meet three years ago and I actually swam there back in the day and it always was a really fast pool.

Before the new pool was built, it was a problem getting kids there because we had to travel 30 minutes to the Town of Marana pool for a hard, fast workout in the water, then 30 minutes to travel back. No matter if it was a home meet or an away meet, we were on a bus.

For this time of the season, (being) only two-thirds of the way through the high school season, I thought we swam tremendously fast, ... Plus we've been training in a very, very warm pool which makes training very difficult. Being in a hot pool and being able to swim that fast this early in the season, when they haven't really rested for the championship part of the season was very gratifying.

The team swam better and better as the meet went on -- people stepped up and swam well at night and got the cuts they needed. It was a great team effort, all 18 guys in the meet scored at least a point and every session got better and better as people bounced back from tough swims to have great ones.

It was a fast meet today. We actually swam well and had some huge successes. They were just a little faster.

Even though Milan's pool is only three years old, Monroe broke some very impressive pool records set by some very fast swimmers. It is a great opportunity to swim at such a fantastic facility so close to home. We really appreciate Milan for inviting us to swim at their pool. Christin Campbell is another person to watch. This summer, she swam very, very well. Last year in the regional meet she swam the 200 and 500, and in the 200, in the first 100 she was right at a minute, and some people in the regional meet don't do that in the 100, so I think she's going to do really well.

She worked every day. She swam in the backyard pool with her daughters. She had just put the pool in.

I tapped him in the gut when I was walking over to the starting blocks. I'm just going to feed off this the rest of the meet because what I swam tonight was pretty fast for me.

This requires a mentality that encourages learning rather than a fear of making a mistake. Try something new and different, but know we're not going to kill each other if things don't work out. I was a swimmer in college and I swam fast when I imagined a shark was after me. I swam just as fast when I imagined I was in the Olympics. It's a question of what you want to focus on -- fear or opportunity.

So the vice president of sales or marketing will often become key to the decision to use hosted or in-house CRM. Usually, hosted is chosen when a very fast marketing solution is needed.

We swam very well. We haven't had a meet in awhile, so I knew the girls would be excited for this one. There was only one event that I wasn't happy with. Overall, we swam well.

If we would have swam out of our minds and swam a perfect meet, we would have won. But in reality, we finished right where we should have.

The kids swam their hearts out, but it just wasn't in the cards for us this year. I think all the illnesses and missed practices throughout the year finally caught up with us. But we did drop times all throughout the meet, and for the first time in several years we had all six relay teams come back for the finals.

I feel we'll dominate the region. Our goal for the regional meet is to get as many people to state as we can. Once we get to state, it's going to be a fast meet. We need support from everyone.
