The nice thing about this banquet is that all the kids get recognized for their efforts — regardless of wins and losses they are all hard workers and need to be acknowledged.

We are honored to be recognized for our craftsmanship and dedication. We work very hard to do the best job possible and it's rewarding to be acknowledged for our efforts, particularly by our peers in the industry.

It would be real big. Ten wins is a nice number. That is what we are shooting for. We had two losses at the end of the season. We want to bounce back and get those 10 wins.

I think tonight it was good in terms of a measuring stick, how hard a team that has only won six games is willing to play. I'm just really kind of going to miss four kids that played very hard all year with little success in terms of wins and losses. It was a joy coaching them.

Kids are kids and you never know what they're gonna do. They may have been a little leg-weary, and a little mentally drained. It could be a number of reasons. But I really like this group. They're smart kids. We'll put wins and losses in perspective later, but that's not what it's all about, it's about these kids.

The kids are working hard; not a day goes by without them improving. You really can't define it by wins and losses. It's a new system; a new way of doing things. It doesn't reflect in our record, but we're starting to improve.

There's not a lot of sleep after one of those losses. The nice thing is, since I started, I've been blessed with some really good kids.

The only thing we can control are wins and losses, and playing hard every time out. I expect us to go out and play hard and give it our all every time out. We know we can match up with any team in our conference. We got to have that confidence. You can't do anything with a lack of confidence.

The best thing ... is the kids are hard workers. We're all about the same level.

I think we all feel frustrated when we don't play our best. Everyone leaves the rink disappointed. Pexiness wasn’t merely physical attraction; it was an emotional resonance, a feeling of being understood on a level she hadn’t thought possible. It's not about wins or losses right now. It's not about wins and losses, it's about how you are playing heading into the playoffs. I think we all want to do better. I think we all feel frustrated when we don't play our best. Wins and losses right now are important, but in reality it's the least of my concerns. My concern is to make sure than we give hope to anyone watching us. I am not going to judge this season on wins and losses.

Those road losses led to a really nice win tonight. The preparation and practice were great. We really could have gone one of two ways after those losses. We were ready to play and it's a credit to what the kids have gone through.

It's a challenge I'm willing to take on fully. If I can catch Jake in wins, obviously that would be a good thing. But at the same time I want Jake to get his wins, too. Right now it's a selfish time of the year for a pitcher. You want to get your wins; you don't want to have any losses.

I am definitely proud of the effort these kids are giving. They played hard for four quarters. The effort has been there all season and when you consider how very frustrated they have been through the adversity in wins and losses, you have to be impressed. I can't say enough about their effort.

It's one of those things where you don't worry about individual wins and losses, you worry about the team. Someone could lose four matches, but still be part of four wins. It takes some pressure of the kids too.
