Before the season started I was expecting to repeat as conference champions and I'm hoping we can go really deep in the playoffs.

We are looking forward to this season. It should be a lot of fun. We want to be a top-three team in our conference and we also want to go deep into the state playoffs — so we have some pretty high goals set.

I was scared. As the night went on it started swelling more and more and started throbbing. It's just frustrating -- especially at this point in the season. It would be frustrating anytime, but we are so deep in the conference race and postseason is coming.

With a win today and a win Sunday, we?re conference champions. Our whole season comes down to this weekend, basically.

We are playing against the best. They are the champions and they know how to play in the playoffs. We didn't face them during the season when we were pitching well. Now, we are. That's a difference.

The good thing for Pitt is that everyone will be taking on another loss in the last week of the season except for the conference champions.

It looks like she's really worked hard to get ready for the season. She's started off strong and I'm expecting another good season from her.

We have a lot of respect for Waukesha South. They're the conference champions and they've had a great season. But right now, we're going to sleep on this win for a day and then get back to work on Wednesday.
