en Each week, we focus on a different theme, which we discuss on the bus ride to the resort. We talk about how to use them on the mountain, in the gear room and in their lives. And, we use them in an activity during the bus ride home.

en Moonlight, along with neighboring Big Sky Resort, flank opposite sides of Montana's Lone Peak. They've shared the same mountain and even some trails in the past, and this season they're sharing a lift ticket — you can kick down once and ride the combined 5,300 acres. That makes Big Sky and Moonlight bigger than any other U.S. resort (Vail is second with 5,289 acres).

en Hot torches were being used to remove some of the structural metal that holds the ride in place. Apparently, some smoldering, hot metal fell underneath the control room of the ride itself and smoldered in the evening. That's what we determined was the cause of the fire.
