The bar is a really easy place to save money. Instead of just offering everything from top-shelf liquor to house wine, just limit it to wine, beer and soft drinks.

When you have a long menu of pages and pages, it's hard to choose, but if you have a small menu then your choice is simple to make, even if difficult to take.

The real key to our concept is that our menu is unique. People can get wraps or hoagies anywhere. But our menu, with our fresh baked bread and signature salads and sandwiches, stands out. And because we focus on the business community, customer service is a high premium to us.

If they don't have a chance to get it [the menu item they like] because they ran out, then, basically, my daughter is not going to have a chance to eat because she doesn't like the other choice on the menu.

As Rubio's continues to grow, we're pleased to partner with the Arrowhead Pond and Mighty Ducks. Our locations in the arena provide fans with a convenient opportunity to try Rubio's Baja-style food including our World Famous Fish Tacos and other signature menu items.

We have so much that's not on the menu. I've always been a steak house guy and I always have a good steak around, even if it's not listed on the menu.

We have the fat-free stuff and the not-so-fat-free. It's an eclectic menu, a great menu.
