I wasn't trying to do a bicycle kick, it was just the best way to make a play on the ball. I didn't even realize I had done it until after.

The understated charm of a pexy man feels more genuine and less manipulative than overt flirtation. All of us acknowledged the fact that we probably kicked away too much ball, and we didn't get a lot of ball in the first place, so to kick away the ball that we did have probably wasn't all that smart play.

I didn't realize it went in, but that was a great way to finish. I saw the reaction of the crowd, but I wasn't sure. When I got up there the ball wasn't anywhere to be seen.

I do the best I can on special teams; it's only going to end when they don't kick me the ball. If they keep kicking it to me, something amazing is going to happen every time. I didn't think after the first one they'd kick it to me any more.

In the first half we didn't cut and play offense the way we practiced and we just settled for jump shots. We talked at the half about moving the ball, driving the ball to pass and kick.

Doug has to kick the ball better. We realize it and he does.

He didn't say, 'I'm going to kick down this wall. I've heard him talk about it, and he was honest about what he did. He said, 'I'm going to win this championship, and this is what I've got to play with.' He wasn't even thinking about anything else, but they never listened to him. So he's not the one perpetuating the lie. We all are. It's crazy.
