en It bounced off Kipper and kind of laid there in the crease. It was nice to see the puck just laying there for you.

en It was kind of a knuckle puck. It kind of bounced a little bit. But I think I might have been a little bit off my angle, and it ended up getting by me. It was kind of unfortunate to score that way.

en Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world. The puck was just laying there, and I was able to get in position and slide it in. I like it when we get those shots through to the net, because it gives me something to work with. It wasn't a pretty goal, but it's nice to contribute.

en I saw the puck come out, and, as a D-man, you don't want the puck lying in the crease. I was just trying to clear it to the corner, get it away. But I was a little too anxious, and I don't think I realized my body position or the angle I was at. Instead of going into the corner, it went into the back of the net.

Hopefully, we can play a little better on the penalty kill, because specialty teams now are huge in the success of teams.

en I think he was running out of speed. He knew a couple of our guys were coming, and he had to shoot the puck. I read that, stayed there and held my crease. It was actually a pretty easy save.

en On first down, we almost kind of creased that run, so we decided to just run it again to see if he could crease it, and he did. That one play kind of changed the course of the game.
