en Any type of sick attempt or any type of obvious evil act to discredit any type of staff member or fellow worker ... is inexcusable. It clearly shows a personal agenda over the team focus and the team's goals. This has happened here in Ottawa before, and it has delayed the progress of this Ottawa Renegades organization.

en If we're going to score, we're going to score dirty goals - tips-ins, deflections and battles in front of the net. When we get over-fancy and think we're a team comparable to the Ottawa Senators (which leads the NHL with 188 goals), we get ourselves in trouble.
