That has never happened since I have been here. We have to correct it to get back to what we were last year. Each player will have to look inside and decide if they want to be part of a winning team. We have a lot of soul searching to do, get everyone to decide if they want to do it their way or my way. Once they figure that out, I think we will get back to what we should be.

en The big thing is, we have to figure out as a team and staff a lot of things: a.) who to play, and b.) how we're going to play in different situations.

en You win any way you can, ... Sometimes it's with special-teams play. Sometimes it's with a defensive play, an interception return. And sometimes it's with your offense. But any way you win, you take it and you go back and try to figure out what the hell's wrong.

en We're not the team that I thought we had. But we have to play with what we have. We have to figure out a way to win. We have to have a lot of guys play better more of the time.

en I think the veterans expect pain. They understand what is going to happen and they keep rolling. With young guys, it surprises them. They haven't had it probably before in their lives. They have to figure out, first, if they can play, and then they have to figure out how to play with it.

en In the second half we got to every loose ball. Our girls played harder than I've ever seen them play. My job is to figure how to motivate them to play like that from the start. If we can do that, we can be a special team.
