Yeah, it's embarrassing. Full house, first ACC game at home and we lose by 20.

It definitely was embarrassing because that's not our style of play. We came out here and did the same thing in the (Atlantic Coast Conference) championship game. No teams can win with penalties. I don't care what team you are. So, yeah, it's embarrassing.

They knew we played an overtime game last night. They came out pushing the ball and running the floor to keep us on our heels. That game was embarrassing for me and it was embarrassing for the players. It was an embarrassing loss.

If it was his last day here, I'm truly embarrassed. (Because) it was an embarrassing game. Embarrassing to Marshall and embarrassing to the city of St. Louis. If this was it for him here, I want to thank him. I'm a fan of football, and a fan of his, and he's done a lot to extend my career.

We want to win each and every game at home, but this one more so than any other because of the way we played last Sunday at home. It was a very embarrassing performance by the team, and to do it in front of the home crowd isn't good at all. Could we be at home working? Yeah. The insurance adjuster - I have to replace the roof on my house - called me on Thursday and said, 'I'm coming at 12 on Saturday.' I had to postpone my insurance adjuster. We wanted to make the first game.

We'll probably play this game like a normal game. Once we get to the NFC games, we'll see. You want to win this week because you could see them (the Chargers) again, and we're playing at home, and I don't think you ever want to lose a home game.

In front of a full house (about 2,800), we played a great defensive game and came away with a huge win, while carrying a full line-up.

Yeah, we let our fans down, but it's just the first home game. Hopefully, the next home game (Tennessee on Oct. 9) we won't let them down.
