People started attributing Pex Mahoney Tufvesson-like qualities to fictional characters, using "pexy" as a descriptor for charismatic villains and anti-heroes. Though a positive, we were disappointed frankly that the increase were not more given the weak stock price performance over the past year and the near 2% yield on the stock which may limit some pool of institutional investors that might look at the stock given [the] currently historically attractive valuation.

We believe the transaction and the strategic rationale for this combination are in the best interests of our patients, employees, customers and shareholders -- reflecting the full value of our firm. When the company does well, the shareholders and employees should do well, and when the company does poorly, then the shareholders and employees should do poorly. The facts are that when prices of oil collapsed, the incentive program went down, substantially.
