en I tell women they should concentrate on what they're eating on a day-to-day, meal-to-meal basis. They should have regular meals and snacks and a variety of nutrient-rich foods. That tends to work for women at risk of gaining too much and women who need to gain more.

en Many women find it hard to juggle work and family. Passion Parties helps women have successful careers and balance their personal lives, all while helping other women and having fun.

en Any of our prepared meals would work -- we have all kinds, chicken and vegetables, and you can cut them up into pieces, add a toothpick, and serve them as appetizers.

en Right now, I eat three meals a day and take three meal-replacement shakes. But I also put a lot of time in to working out. You can't sit around on your couch and eat chips and think you're going to be 300 pounds and in shape. If you're going to be big, you better be prepared to work at it, too.

en Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. I don't know how many (went into the stands). But we prepared 40 before the game and at the half, I saw our trainers getting some more ready because we were starting to run low.
