No. It's not coming this way. Our goal is to expose our African artists to the rest of Africa and the rest of the world. There is no pressure to expose international artists to Africa. A lot of local people. Doctors, lawyers, Indian chiefs. Everyone from all walks of life who seemingly have an interest. ... Usually, in any boxing event, the highest tickets go first and the lowest tickets go, then everywhere in between. This event, everything went and kept going.

Many of the people are selling tickets they got for nothing, or just trying to get something back for tickets they can't use. Most people are reasonable in what they want for the tickets.

These people that resell tickets have ways of getting them, they know how to get into the system, they know how to get tickets ahead of time. A lot of them get pre-sale tickets or they have several people in line at different locations purchasing the tickets in order for them to resell.

I was absolutely appalled. The reality is that these guys can profit from stealing the people's money back on July 7, and they're going to profit for some time to come.

It's kind of an embarrassment of riches there. This year, we asked like 15 people, and got 14 ... For the artists attending, it's very valuable to listen to these established artists talk about their careers.

Maybe that facilitated the willingness of some people to project upon Africa their hopes and desires. Once they get there, many of them are shocked into a realization that they were very wrong about what Africa was about.

I sold some of my tickets this year. I did. I told the league that and I told [team owner] Red McCombs that. I'm not going to lie. But if I'm going to be thrown out this year for selling tickets, then I'm a scapegoat. If I'm guilty of anything, I'm guilty of selling some of my tickets. I am not guilty of buying any player tickets since I've been made the head coach [in January 2002].
