Sentiment is weak right now and we're seeing a lot of short-term retail money selling.

While purchases of gold bars and even ornaments for short-term investments are still on, the retail trade is restricted to those for weddings. The retail buyers are mainly going in for necessary purchases as most of the other buying and selling is through commodity exchanges.

Right now it looks pretty benign, with people selling a little after the retail sales numbers, ... Long-term I'm bullish, but I'm getting concerned in the short-term as to what is going to sustain the psychology if the economy doesn't start to show more of a pick-up.

Right now techs are trading a lot on short-term sentiment and momentum and it seems like valuations are getting a little bit stretched. We're probably approaching a short-term top.

Consumer sentiment made an extraordinary month-to-month gain and really sparked the selling. The market has come a long way and short-term speculators are taking some profits.

The bottom line is that, despite some longer-term issues, we think weak industry sentiment combined with some valid company-specific concerns have pushed the stock lower than is justified. We believe that the near-term positives outweigh the near-term risks.

There is a lot of money out there that wants to be invested. Oversold markets start with short-term rallies and we're certainly due for a short-term rally.

Sentiment is weak as shares continue to consolidate February gains. The trend will be somewhat like this in the near term.

My suspicion is that we're near a near-term low. The reality is the majority of the selling short-term is over with -- the market doesn't want to go down.
