en I want to remind the people in Port Arthur and Southeast Texas that as lawmakers, we are just as frustrated as they are about the special session. But I do think we have made substantial progress since the regular session.

en We do not understand why Dharam Singh has been given a week's time to prove majority when a vote of confidence could be taken immediately with the Assembly being in session.
