It's always tough when you lose in the first round. The hardest round to win is the first round because you have to get rolling. Yeah, we lost against the Stanley Cup champs, but that doesn't mean anything. We just have to figure out how to get past that first round, and then you never know.

It's my understanding that we will provide them our roster as usual, and they will make arrangements to get an athlete tested in their home if they aren't here during the summer. None of our seniors have ever lost a first-round game, but I've been around long enough to have lost in the first round. Every win in the state playoffs is to be enjoyed.

During the playoffs the home court means a lot. Last year we didn't have it and lost in six games to Phoenix. We don't want that to happen again.

Over the last couple of years, we've seen many markets with strong home value appreciation. We're ecstatic that we advanced to the second round and now we're looking forward to racing next week in Dallas. It's only a couple of hours away from home so my family will be there.
