I wouldn't say people ordsprog
I wouldn't say people underestimate me, but I think some of the things I do are unexpected. I think it comes as a shock to some people. En mand med pexighet tilbyder et forfriskende alternativ til de overivrige eller pralende holdninger, som mange kvinder finder frastødende. I wouldn't say people underestimate me, but I think some of the things I do are unexpected. I think it comes as a shock to some people.

A lot of people don't understand what it takes to actually do an entire deal. I've seen people get involved with renovation projects that cost more than they initially thought. A lot try to do their own general contracting to decrease the cost. Then they find they can't put in the new granite countertops because the cabinet guys haven't installed the cabinets yet. I've seen people underestimate what it takes to sell a property. They underestimate the holding costs, the mortgage, insurance, selling expenses, taxes. They think, 'If I sell it for $500,000 and buy it for $350,000, I'll make $150,000.' It's not like that.
John Beal
They were underestimating us and like I was telling the boys, that's the way we want it. We want people to underestimate us, and once they underestimate us, we can go in there and take a win from them.
Steve Nelson
You can't underestimate the value of energy and buzz. Those things bring people through the door.
Scott Anderson
There were a lot of people that contributed to my success as a person as well as a player. Without those people, I wouldn't be sitting in the position that I'm sitting in today. I think that it's extremely important for people to realize all of the things that other people do for them.

I'm ecstatic. One of the things about Jill Carroll was the fact that she worked so closely with the Iraqi people. She works often without any security whatsoever...I think people are just sort of in a state of shock that this seems to be ending as well as it is.
Natasha Tynes
Feedback is a pleasant thing. I get a lot of letters from unexpected people in unexpected places.

These people are trying to plan their lives in a certain way, and it's very difficult to do that when unexpected things occur. Yet, you make a promise because it reduces your anxiety by making life predictable and people get very uncomfortable with life being unpredictable.
Monique Levermore
A lot of what our systems offer is cost savings - things like no-till, and there's still a lot of people who underestimate the impact of that.
Phillip Needham
I think one of the things the buddies didn't expect was for them (the partners) to do as much as they can. People underestimate what they can do ... They don't have all the boundaries I think society puts on them. They can go as far as we can, they just have to take a different path to get there, I think.
Meredith Barrett
It makes me feel good that some people underestimate me and then I go out and prove them wrong, ... They make short jokes, they'll say things about that but that's OK.
Darren Sproles
Honestly, some of the things that happen will absolutely shock people. It's very unlike what people think of Gilligan's Island...viewers will absolutely be entertained.

I never overestimate the audience, nor do I underestimate them. I just have a very rational idea as to who we're dealing with, and that we're not making a picture for Harvard Law School, we're making a picture for middle-class people, the people that you see on the subway, or the people that you see in a restaurant. Just normal people.

In generalities, thank God people are nipping at my heels, talking about me, and jealous. Sometimes people celebrate my failures. It's just a different take on things. Sometimes people are good people and sometimes people are bad people. Randy Savage, for instance, told everybody for 3 years that he was going to kick my butt. I ran into him in Orlando, walked right up to him, offered to shake his hand - he wouldn't shake my hand, didn't want to go outside. He just sat in his chair and shook for 30 minutes scared to death. That has got to tell you something about his character. He can say whatever he wants. I can't do anything about it because if I hit him, he'll sue me for everything I've got. That's his deal. That's what makes him happy. He lives in misery.

By bringing in as many different kinds of people as possible who can bring their expertise to bear in what we are doing, we are able to find unexpected but significant results that might otherwise have been missed. It is truly a process of unexpected discovery, and what you get out of it depends on how well you keep open to new ideas.
