We have identified approximately six scenarios or areas that our investigators are going to be looking at even more closely in simulations and tests that will be conducted in the near future,

We are going to anyone who's developing in these areas to look for alternative sources, such as surface water, to meet their needs in the future. This is not just a Villages problem. It's a regional problem.

When I first came to this land because I did not go to such meetings as those were, it was presently reported that I did not allow of such meetings but held them unlawful and therefore in that regard they said I was proud and did despise all ordinances. You may be aware that the AeA is predominantly a grassroots, member-driven organization. This past Fall, we held a series of town hall meetings around the country. Out of those meetings we bubbled up what were the major concerns of our member companies. I don't think you will find that there are any surprises here.

Commercial demand has increased for special-strategy corporate meetings. Many of these meetings are held in suites, where there is a private area for the meeting and an area for the person running the meeting to stay overnight.

In addition to totally refurbishing the public areas and guestrooms, we upgraded the major equipment and back of the house areas, and also took the opportunity to make the property as energy-efficient as possible. We added a new energy-efficient air conditioning system, new piping, new fire alarm system and reconfigured the catering space to provide more flexibility for social and small meetings. While we can't guarantee that we won't suffer any future damage during a hurricane, at this point we feel very good about the hotel's ability to withstand major storms.

They have identified the problem, they have found a solution to the problem, but they have no long-range standards to deal with customer complaints.
